Pleasantly surprised
Honestly one of the better hosting decisions I've made. pages load quickly even without a CDN in front, and billing has never surprised me.
Would recommend
Caching is handled at the server level so I removed a plugin and my site got faster. Small win but a win. Onboarding email was short and useful. No fluff, just the details i actually needed.
Small business friendly
support restored a site from their nightly backup for free when my dev accidentally dropped a table. I expected a headache and got a solution instead. i'd been with the same host for nine years before switching. Wish i had done it sooner.

Two stars because the site works, but nothing about the experience has been smooth. control panel is clunky and the dashboard feels slow.
