Exactly what I needed

Had a plugin conflict on my WordPress install and the support tech pinpointed it in about ten minutes...Saved me half a weekend.
Support restored a site from their nightly backup for free when my dev accidentally dropped a table. I expected a headache and got a solution instead. Migrated two sites over last spring and havent looked back. Support answered my chat in under three minutes the one time I needed them.
Uptime has been fine but I had a billing dispute that took several emails to sort out. Performance is decent. I find myself waiting longer than expected when I open chat support.
Caching is handled at the server level so I removed a plugin and my site got faster. Small win but a win.
honestly one of the better hosting decisions I've made... pages load quickly even without a CDN in front, and billing has never surprised me.
I have been with worse hosts at twice the price. Minor UI issues here and there but nothing that affects uptime.

Works for static sites. The moment I added a database-heavy app the performance problems started. Migration was rough. I ended up having to manually fix broken links after what was supposed to be an automated import...
