Uptime is legitimately where they say it is. My monitoring hasn't pinged me in over eight months. Had an issue with a migration and the support team handled the entire thing for me at no extra charge. That alone earned five stars

Four stars because everything works but the onboarding flow felt a bit dated. Once you are through it, the hosting itself is fine
Performance is decent. I find myself waiting longer than expected when I open chat support. Mixed feelings. Hosting itself is fine but response times on support vary wildly depending on what time you open a ticket.
