Mixed feelings. Hosting itself is fine but response times on support vary wildly depending on what time you open a ticket.
Frustrating
Support is essentially a chatbot. Getting a real person requires escalation that takes forever.
Setup wizard is genuinely helpful. It asked the right questions and set up sensible defaults. Had an issue with a migration and the support team handled the entire thing for me at no extra charge. That alone earned five stars.

Good host overall. Uptime has been great and support is responsive, but the admin panel could use a small refresh.
Uptime is legitimately where they say it is. My monitoring hasn't pinged me in over eight months. Came from a much more expensive host and saw zero drop in performance. Only my bill went down.
