two sites, one magento, one wordpress, both humming. backups run automatically and i can restore from a dropdown. the email setup is the smoothest i have seen. dkim, spf and dmarc were all pre-configured.

mixed feelings. Hosting itself is fine but response times on support vary wildly depending on what time you open a ticket.
