Cancellation process is deliberately obscure. took four separate tickets to get my account closed.
Had an issue with a migration and the support team handled the entire thing for me at no extra charge. That alone earned five stars.

dashboard is broken half the time. Tried to upgrade my plan and the checkout threw errors for two days
