Running a Laravel app and haven't had to touch the server config once. That is exactly what I was paying for. I'd been with the same host for nine years before switching. Wish I had done it sooner.
Would not recommend
Moved away after six months of frustrating support tickets. simple things took days. Never again
ssl, backups, caching, all handled without me needing to look them up. that is what managed hosting is supposed to mean.
Hit or miss
Happy with the service for the money. Had one small issue with a cron job that took a day to resolve, otherwise solid. Solid hosting. I docked a star because the first-response time on email support can be slow on weekends.
Unusable. My site took eight seconds to load before I migrated away. Performance tests with other hosts showed under two seconds on the same code.
I have been with worse hosts at twice the price... Minor UI issues here and there but nothing that affects uptime...
